Hammock Corporation (hereafter “Company”) is engaged in the development and sales of packaged software, and we would like to help improve productivity for companies by offering various software and solutions.

The Company will specify the purpose for the acquisition and usage of all personal information and will not handle any more personal information than is required for the achievement of the stated purpose. Moreover, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that personal information is not used other than for the stated purpose.

  3. The Company will not provide personal information it has acquired to any third party, except with the express consent of the individual or in accordance with laws and regulations.

  4. The Company will, upon receiving any complaints or consultations regarding the management of personal information, promptly look into the facts of the case and respond in good faith within a reasonable time frame.

(1) Handling Charge

Please understand that there will be a handling charge of 1,000 Japanese yen per each request for “personal information usage purpose notification and disclosure.” After we have received the required documents and identifying documents from the [Personal information complaints and consultation desk] and, after confirming that the handling charge has been sent electronically according to the Company’s instructions, we will begin the process.


(2) Response Method for Disclosure Requests, Etc.

We will respond by letter to the address written on the claimant’s request document.
Although, the response will be sent in a reasonable time frame following the receipt of the request, it may be delayed in some cases. Thank you for your understanding.


(3) Cases When Disclosure Cannot Be Made

Please understand that in the following cases, disclosures may not be possible. Furthermore, when it has been decided that no disclosure will take place, the reason will be explained in writing. Handling charges will not be returned even in the event it is decided that information will not be disclosed.

  1. In the case that individual’s identity cannot be confirmed
  2. In the case that required documents are missing
  3. In the case that, when making the request by proxy, power of attorney cannot be confirmed
